Contribute and Create
Lend your expertise through writing, reviewing, or volunteering.
- Write an article for the PDA Letter or a paper for the PDA Journal (JPST)
- Participate and engage on event planning committees (Posted When Available)
- Apply to support the PDA Quality Champions partnership for University Students
- Apply to become a member of the JPST Editorial Review Board
- Apply to become a member of the PDA Letter Editorial Review Board (Posted When Available)
- Volunteer to become a PDA Journal peer reviewer based on your area of expertise
- Volunteer to work on a Technical Report, Points to Consider Document, or Consensus Standard
- Volunteer to become a peer reviewer for a Technical Report or Points to Consider Document
- Apply to become a PDA course instructor or creator based on your area of expertise
Participate and Engage
Attend events, share your voice, and grow your professional network.
- Come to a PDA Conference
- Attend PDA training courses and workshops
- Submit an abstract to be considered as a speaker or poster presenter (Posted When Available)
- Attend IG meetings (many are virtual)
- Attend local PDA Chapter events
Your Volunteer Progression
Grow your involvement with PDA from the ground up. All are welcome. PDA leaders come from within the organization based on activity level, contributions to PDA, and expertise. Here are examples of activities within each level:

Long-term, experienced volunteers develop into leaders of the association
